Exercise is good for the brain

As part of our inquiry into "Growth" we are looking at how physical activity will enable us to grow individually and how this has a long term effect for us. A fitness group in Tangaroa are hoping to benefit from this exercise regime each morning while swimming lessons are being conducted.
